Put into a microwave-safe Tupperware and cook in the microwave for 1:30.
Put a single layer into a Ziploc bag and freeze! No need to push out the extra air.
For stems! Peel the skins from the stems and cut into wedges, microwave, and freeze!

I wanted to come up with a way to store broccoli I got on sale!
This recipe leaves the broccoli a little stiff, keeping in mind that you'll be cooking them with other ingredients in your dishes. If you add the stems to a cream stew, they'll be delicious. If you put the broccoli into the Ziploc in a single layer and close without pushing out the extra air, it will freeze without clumping together!
