Easy Stuffed Chicken Wings For Christmas

This can be eaten with chopsticks, and is delicious even cold. Everyone loves the gingery teriyaki flavor.

Ingredients: 14 wings, serves 3-4

Chicken wings
●Minced meat
250 g
● Panko
100 ml
●Salt and pepper
a small amount each
The sauce ingredients:
★Soy sauce
2 tablespoons x 2
2 tablespoons x 2
2 tablespoons x 2
2 teaspoons x 2
★Grated ginger
1/2 clove x 2


1. Use a knife or scissors to remove the bones. Scissors are easier.
2. Mince the onion and mix together with the ● ingredients.
3. Stuff the minced meat mixture from Step 2 into the chicken from Step 1. Pack in as much as possible.
4. Cook half of the wings (7) in a non-oiled frying pan with the skin facing down. Cook until golden.
5. Mix together the sauce ingredients (the first part) and add to the frying pan. Top with a lid and cook on medium heat until the sauce thickens.
