Fried Gnocchi Made with Mashed Potatoes

An easy recipe using the instant mashed potatoes to make original fried gnocchi.

Ingredients: uses 1 pack of instant mashed potato

Instant mashed potato flakes
5 tablespoons
Boiling water
150 ml
Plain flour
70-80 g
Grated cheese
2 tablespoons


1. This is the instant mashed potato powder I used this time.
2. Mix the mashed potato and boiling water.
3. Mix in the flour and cheese.
4. Bring it together and break it up into bite-sized pieces. Roll the pieces into rounds.
5. Flatten them with the back of a fork.
6. Deep-fry the gnocchi in heated oil until both sides have a nice golden color.
7. Transfer to a serving plate Season with salt and pepper, and enjoy with mayonnaise or ketchup if you like.
