Easy! Basil and Tuna Chilled Pasta

If you have 10 minutes, you can whip this up! It's easy, but a super yummy cold basil pasta. It only uses one bowl, so clean up is also a snap.

Ingredients: 2 servings

Thin pasta
2 servings
Olive oil
5-6 tablespoons
Basil
2 teaspoons
Canned tuna
1/2 can
Soy sauce
2 teaspoons
Salt
a small amount
Black pepper
a small amount

Steps

1. Boil the pasta in a large pot of salted (10%, amount separate from listed ingredients) water. * 1 liter of water plus 10 g salt per 100 g of pasta.
2. While it boils, combine all the other ingredients in a bowl. Add the tuna's oil with the tuna.
3. Once the pasta has boiled, let it cool thoroughly before adding it to the bowl! *For a delicious taste, it's important to let it cool well first!
4. Toss the ingredients well to coat, then transfer to plates to finish!
