Prawn and Cauliflower Salad with Tartar Sauce

Enjoy the texture of plump prawns combined with the cauliflower and onion. All you need to do is cook and mix the listed ingredients together. It's so easy!

Ingredients: 3 to 4 servings

Black tiger prawns
Boiled eggs
1 tablespoon
Salt and sake
to taste
5 tablespoons
3 tablespoons
☆Lemon juice
1 teaspoon
☆Black pepper
to taste
☆Herb salt
to taste
☆Basil ( fresh or dried)
as needed


1. Boil the eggs. Chop the onion finely and rinse.
2. Remove the veins from the backs of the prawns with the shells still on.
3. Put the prawns into a bowl and add the katakuriko. Mix well.
4. Cook the prawns in salted water with a little sake and peel the shells.
5. Separate the cauliflower into small portions and cook in salted water to your liking.
6. If you have a potato masher, mash the boiled eggs (it is easier than chopping the egg whites with a knife).
7. Add all the ☆ ingredients into Step 6 and mix well. Add the prawns and cauliflower cut in bite-sized pieces and mix well again.
