No Pre-Seasoning! Super Fast Ginger Pork with Veggies

These gingered porks slice don't require any pre-seasoning, so you can make this ASAP! It's simple but very tasty. The katakuriko brings it together.

Ingredients: Makes 1-2 servings

Pork (I used thin-sliced pork loin)
6-7 strips
as needed
as needed
for frying
(A) Soy sauce
3 tablespoons
(A) Sugar
1/4 teaspoon
(A) Water
4 tablespoons
(A) Grated ginger juice
2 teaspoons
(A) Mirin
3 tablespoons
Side dish - as needed
Shiso leaves
Side dish - as needed
Ginger (julienned)
Garnish - as needed


1. Sprinkle sake on the pork, then coat both sides with katakuriko.
2. Combine the (A) ingredients. Chop the vegetables. Thinly slice the lettuce and shred the shiso.
3. Heat oil in a pan and arrange the pork strips evenly in the pan.
4. Once the pork is browned on one side, flip over. Sprinkle both sides with pepper.
5. Once the second side is browned, pour in the (A) ingredients. Heat the (A) sauce, seasoning the pork.
6. Once the sauce has come to a simmer, it's done. Remove excess water from the chopped vegetables, plate with the sautéed pork, cover in sauce, and enjoy.
