Lettuce and Crabstick Ginger Soup

The only seasoning is soup stock. The ginger in the soup really warms you up. Very easy to make.

Ingredients: about 4 servings

Water
600 ml
Soup stock cubes
2
Grated ginger
1/2 teaspoon
Onion (medium-sized)
1/2
Imitation crabsticks
4
Lettuce
60 g or so

Steps

1. Slice the onion thinly. Shred the crabsticks. Grate the ginger (or use pre-grated ginger). Rip up the lettuce with your hands.
2. Put the water, onion, soup stock cubes, ginger and crabsticks in a pan and bring to a boil.
3. Turn off the heat and add the lettuce. Residual heat is enough to cook it through. It's crispy and delicious.
4. Done. So easy.
