Avocado Gratin with Melted Cream Cheese

The avocado and melting cream cheese is delicious.
An easy and tasty avocado gratin with imitation crab sticks.

Ingredients: 2 servings

Cream cheese
45 g
Imitation crab sticks
2 tablespoons
Lemon juice
2 teaspoons (divided)
1 tablespoon


1. Chop the avocado in half.
2. Pierce the half with the stone with a knife and swivel to pit.
3. The stone can be removed easily, like this.
4. Spoon out the avocado flesh and coat the surface with the lemon juice. This prevents discoloring.
5. Dice the avocados into 1 cm cubes, and combine with the remaining lemon juice. This preserves the bright color of the avocados.
6. Mix in the loosened crab sticks, cream cheese diced into 1 cm cubes, and mayonnaise.
7. Combine Step 6 and 5.
8. Make a plate with aluminum foil as seen in the photo to stabilize the avocados.
9. Add the ingredients from Step 7 into the avocados in Step 8. Sprinkle with panko.
10. Bake in a toaster oven for about 5 minutes. It's done when the panko has browned.
