Seared Bonito with Ginger and Grated Radish

This seared bonito dish is served with lots of grated radish and green onion with ginger and citrus ponzu sauce. Enjoy!

Ingredients: 2 servings

Seared bonito
1 piece
Daikon radish
Green onions
5 stalks
1 piece
Toasted sesame seeds
1 tablespoon
to taste


1. Slice the seared bonito into thick slices and line them up on a plate.
2. Grate the radish and ginger drain them lightly. Chop the green onions finely and mix everything together.
3. Put the mixture from step 2 on the bonito and pour on lots of sesame seeds and citrus ponzu sauce to finish.
