An Easy Method for Parboiling Greens

All you need to do is boil water and pour over the greens!

Greens (I used spinach)
10 bunches
Hot water
3 liters
3 liters

1. I rinsed and removed the dirt and damaged parts from 10 bunches of spinach, and placed them in a bowl.
2. *Prepare a colander and a bowl of water. Boil the water for parboiling in a pot.
3. First, pour the boiling water over the stalks into the bowl, and soak in boiling water for a minute.
4. After 1 minute, lay the greens on their side, and pour the remaining boiling water over the leaves, while stirring them up from top to bottom.
5. Drain the greens in a colander right away to prevent overcooking. Transfer to the prepared bowl of water, then run cold water over them to cool.
6. For spinach and other greens that are a bit bitter, soak in water for a while.
