Pork and Beans

Pork and Beans

The soy beans taste wonderful in this Italian-influenced dish. It's easy because I use canned tomato. I recommend this recipe because goes well with rice or bread.

Ingredients: 4 servings

Cubed pork for stew
150 g~200 g
1 piece
Canned whole tomatoes
1 can
Boiled soy beans
1 bag ( about 120 g )
Red chili pepper
1 carrot
White wine
2 tablespoons
Consomme cube
Bay leaf
1 slice
Olive oil
1 tablespoon
Salt and pepper
As needed
■Parsley if you have

1. Cut the pork and onion into about 1 cm cubes. Thinly slice the garlic. Remove the seeds from the red hot pepper and cut it into thin round slices.
2. Pour 1 tablespoon of olive oil in a pan and heat up the garlic. It's OK once you can smell the garlic.
3. Add the pork and onions to Step 2. Cook until the pork's color changes and everything in the pan is covered with oil.
4. Add the whole can of tomatoes ( with the juice ), soy beans, wine, crushed consomme cube, red hot popper and bay leaf to Step 3.
5. Mix while you mush the whole tomato. Stew it on medium heat.
6. It will boil down in about 7 to 10 minutes. Add 1/2 teaspoon of salt and a little bit of pepper to taste, then it's ready.
