Macrobiotic Carrot Cookies

These are crispy and healthy carrot cookies with no eggs and dairy products.

Ingredients: 25 pieces

50 g
60 g
Cake flour
40 g
Beet sugar
20 g
Canola oil
30 g


1. Grate the carrot.
2. Put the cake flour, katakuriko and beet sugar in a bowl and mix.
3. Add the grated carrot and canola oil and mix with a cutting mortion. Do not knead the mixture.
4. Press the mixture together into a ball, place on the kitchen bench top. Roll it thinly and cut off rectangle shapes with a knife, or you can cut out with cookie cutters.
5. Bake in a preheated oven at 190°C for 15 minutes.
