Spinach Cream Spaghetti

Easy and pleasing pasta that's perfect for lunch.

Ingredients: 1 serving

80 g
1/2 bunch
Ham (or bacon or sausage)
2 slices (to your preference)
Butter (or margarine)
as needed
1 tablespoon
150 ml
Pasta cooking water
1 ladle worth
Soup stock cube
1/2 large cube
Coarsely ground pepper
as needed

1. Boil the spaghetti in water with plenty of salt (not listed) for a minute less than instructed on the package.
2. Wash the spinach well and cut into 4 -5 cm pieces. Fold the ham in half and slice into 1 cm widths.
3. Put the butter in the frying pan and fry the spinach and ham.
4. Turn the heat to low, coat the spinach and ham evenly with flour, and mix until it is no longer powdery.
5. Stir in the milk in batches so it doesn't become lumpy. Add a ladle worth of the boiling pasta water and stock cube, and mix until it thickens.
6. Add the boiled spaghetti and mix well (add salt if necessary).
7. Transfer to a serving plate, sprinkle on some pepper, and enjoy.
