Baked Bean Sprouts with Curry Mayonnaise

Only 5 yen per serving! An easy, economical dish using bean sprouts.
The slightly spicy curry mayonnaise is delicious.

Ingredients: 2 servings

Bean sprouts
1/2 bag
☆ Mayonnaise
6 tablespoons
☆ Curry powder
2 teaspoons
☆ Soy sauce
1 teaspoon
To taste
Olive oil (or vegetable oil)
1 teaspoon


1. Rinse the bean sprouts, drain and pat dry with paper towels. Oil a heatproof container lightly with olive oil, and put in the bean sprouts.
2. Mix the ☆ ingredients together.
3. Cover with aluminium foil, and steam-bake in a toaster oven for 5 minutes.
4. Take the dish from Step 3 out of the toaster oven. Take the foil off and cover evenly with the sauce from Step 2.
5. Bake in the toaster oven for 5 minutes until golden brown. Top with some chopped parsley to taste.
6. Arikan-san put it in a bread roll - it looks great.
