Baked Japanese-Style Shiitake Mushrooms and Cream Cheese

The soup that comes out of the baked shiitake mushrooms and the creamy cream cheese mix deliciously.

Ingredients: 2 servings

Shiitake mushrooms (large)

Cream cheese
60 g
Bacon
20 g
Soy sauce
1 teaspoon
Mirin
1 teaspoon
Toppings or accompaniments, optional:
Shredded nori seaweed
A small amount
Thinly sliced green onions or scallions
A small amount
Mizuna greens
A small amount

Steps

1. Finely chop the bacon and put into a bowl.
2. Add the cream cheese, soy sauce and mirin and mix well.
3. Remove the stems from the shiitake mushrooms. Stuff the mixture into the mushroom caps, and bake in an oven.
4. Serve with some shredded nori seaweed, green onion, mizuna greens, etc. to taste.
