I made this dish because cabbage and potatoes tend to get left over in the refrigerator. This dish is simple but delicious. It's also great in bento.
I used two items that tend to get forgotten in the fridge, cabbage and potatoes, to make a stir fry. The result was amazingly good!
-Adjust the seasoning depending on how much cabbage and potato you have. -This is also delicious with some pitted and chopped up umeboshi plum added when you stir fry.
