Homemade White Stew

This is a creamy white stew which can be prepared in no time. It's simple but comforting, and has gentle flavor. It's easy and delicious even without simmering for a long time.


20 g
●Sausage or bacon
4 sausages or 4 slices of bacon
☆Rice Flour (although regular flour is ok)
2 tablespoons
100 ml
200 ml
Consommé soup stock granules
1 tablespoon
1 teaspoon


1. Fry the ● ingredients over medium-low heat without burning.
2. When they become translucent, mix in the ☆ ingredient without burning. Add the water, and dissolve the flour.
3. When the ingredients are cooked through, add the remaining ingredients except for ★. Mix well, and simmer until the sauce is thickened (over low heat without burning).
4. Add the ★ ingredient at the end to adjust the flavor. Even a small amount of Weipa adds more flavor and brings all the flavors together.
