Pork-Wrapped Pickles

Just prepare pork slices and pickles!
It's great for drinking appetizers with its sour and refreshing taste.

Ingredients: 2 servings

Thinly sliced pork thigh
6 slices
Pickles of your choice
Enough to be wrapped with pork slices
White wine
1 tablespoon
Flour, salt, pepper, olive oil
As needed


1. Spread out the pork slices. Powder lightly with flour. Wrap around the pickles, then season with salt and pepper.
2. Heat olive oil in a frying pan. Pan-fry the pork wraps with the seam side down.
3. Add white wine. It's ready to eat when the pork is cooked thoroughly.
4. *I used pickled samphire (made in Hawaii).
