Tofu with grated yamaimo yam, jako sardines, and bonito flakes. I made a salad-styled dish with them. It's healthy but it fills you up.
I created this recipe because I wanted to eat a lot without worrying about my weight.
You can use any vegetables. I think the dressing goes well with anything.Silken tofu, grated yamaimo yam, and bonito flakes are mandatory, though.
