Healthy Thick and Silky Tofu Salad

Tofu with grated yamaimo yam, jako sardines, and bonito flakes. I made a salad-styled dish with them. It's healthy but it fills you up.

Ingredients: 3 ~ 4 servings

Silken tofu
1 block
Yamaimo yam
about 10 cm
Chirimen jako
to your liking
Bonito flakes
1 packet
Lettuce or any leafy greens
to your liking
Sliced onions
to your liking
Tomato
1
Daikon radish sprouts
1/2 pack
Dressing
Ponzu
3 tablespoons
Olive oil
2 tablespoons
Wasabi paste
2 ~ 3 cm
Salt and pepper
a small amount

Steps

1. Lightly drain the tofu, and cut into portions according to the number of people being served. If the jako sardines are dry, use as is, but if they are moist, dry-fry in a frying pan.
2. Scatter the leafy greens and onions on a plate, then the tofu on top! Grate the yamaimo yam on top. Scatter the tomato, bonito flakes, daikon radish sprouts, and jako sardines on top.
3. Pour the well-mixed dressing, and it's done.
