Juicy Pan-Fried Chicken with Mayonnaise

You can't stop eating it with rice. It's a delicious pan fried chicken with mayonnaise It's just seasoned with mayonnaise and soy sauce.

Ingredients: 2-3 servings

Chicken thigh
400 g
Mayonnaise
4 tablespoons
Soy sauce
2 tablespoons
Olive oil
1 tablespoon
Lemon
desired amount
Vegetable Garnish
Butterhead lettuce, red-leaf lettuce, etc.
as needed

Steps

1. Cut chicken into bite size pieces. In a bowl, mix the mayonnaise (4 tablespoons) with soy sauce (2 tablespoons) well.
2. Add the chicken cut into bite size to Step 1. Marinate for about 30 minutes.
3. Heat olive oil in a frying pan over medium- low heat. Fry the chicken for 5 minutes with a lid on. Remove the lid and fry over medium heat for 2 minutes.
4. When both sides are browned, its ready! Scatter the Butterhead lettuce on a plate and serve the chicken on top! To brighten the taste, squeeze lemon juice before serving.
