Easy Soy Milk Custard Cream in the Microwave

This is an easy custard cream you can make in the microwave. This time, I used soy milk instead of milk.


4 tablespoons
2 tablespoons
Soy milk
200 ml
Vanilla extract
2~3 drops


1. Mix the sugar and flour into the whisked egg. Next, mix in the soy milk a little at a time.
2. Microwave at 500 W for 3 minutes, remove from the microwave, and mix well.
3. Heat again in the microwave at 500 W for 1:30~2:00, then mix well once again. Mix in the vanilla extract and it's done.
4. Variation → Use a store-bought pie sheet, fill with the custard cream, and bake to make an easy custard pie.
