Fork-Tender Meat Easy Simmered Soy Sauce and Vinegar Wings

Boiling them in vinegar makes the meat juicy and soft, they taste amazing and the meat falls easily off the bones.

Ingredients: Serves 3 people

Chicken wing drumettes
9 Drumettes
Boiled eggs
3 eggs
Garlic (sliced)
1 clove
Ginger (grated)
1 teaspoon

3/5 cup (120ml)
☆Sugar
3 tablespoons
☆Soy sauce
3 tablespoons
☆Sake
3 tablespoons

Steps

1. In a deep pot or a deep frying pan, Add in all the [☆] ingredients and start to heat them. Once it starts to boil, add the garlic and ginger. Once it has a nice aroma it's time to add the drumettes.
2. Once again, bring it to a boil, add the boiled eggs, and put the lid on. On low simmer until there's little liquid left.
3. Put them on a plate and they are done!
