In a deep pot or a deep frying pan, Add in all the [☆] ingredients and start to heat them. Once it starts to boil, add the garlic and ginger. Once it has a nice aroma it's time to add the drumettes.
Once again, bring it to a boil, add the boiled eggs, and put the lid on. On low simmer until there's little liquid left.
Put them on a plate and they are done!

This is a popular dish in my house.
Make sure to simmer on a low heat. When you are simmering them, be sure to turn the drumettes and the onions over so t the flavor gets into every part. This is well flavored, so if you prefer a lighter flavor, please adjust the amounts of the [☆ ] ingredients.
