I made a delicious pacific saury ginger simmer!

Ingredients

Pacific saury
2-4
☆Soy sauce
2 tablespoons
☆Sugar
2 tablespoons
☆Mirin
2 tablespoons
☆Vinegar
1 tablespoon
☆Cooking sake
1/2 cup
Ginger
1 piece

Steps

1. Remove the saury's head, tail, and guts, and cut into 4 pieces. Please try out this method (Recipe ID: 1627140).
2. Cut the ginger into thin slices.
3. Boil the ☆ ingredients together with the sliced ginger. Then add the fish, and pressure-cook for 30 minutes. Let it cool naturally.
4. Transfer to a serving plate and ta-da, it's finished.
