Chinese Bean Sprout Salad

Crunchy bean sprouts and sweet & sour Chinese dressing are a great combination.


Bean sprouts
1 bag
Canned tuna
1 can (80 g)
4 ~ 5 slices
White sesame seeds (optional)
as needed
●Soy sauce
2 tablespoons
2 tablespoons
2 tablespoons
●Sesame oil
2 tablespoons
● Chinese soup stock
1 teaspoon


1. Parboil or briefly microwave the bean sprouts Cut the cucumber and ham into thin strips. Lightly drain the excess oil from the tuna. Transfer all the ingredients to a bowl.
2. Combine the ● ingredients and make the dressing.
3. Pour the Step 2 dressing over the Step 1 ingredients.
4. Mix well, and let them absorb the flavour in the fridge for about 30 minutes (drain the excess water if you prefer).
