Creamy Shrimp au Gratin Made In One Frying Pan

Once you cut the vegetables, you can cook everything in one frying pan. Even the macaroni is cooked at the same time.
Easy! And it is creamy dish.

Ingredients: 2-3 servings

Peeled shrimp
100 g
30 g
● Macaroni (I used fusilli this time)
1 cup (80-100 g)
● Milk
3 cups (600 ml)
● Soup stock granules
1 heaping teaspoon
● Salt
1/2 teaspoon
☆ Cake flour
2 tablespoons
☆ Water
2 tablespoons
Salt and pepper
a small amount
Grated cheese or any cheese of your choice
as needed


1. Finely chop the onion. Heat a frying pan with 10 g of butter and cook the shrimp until changes colour. Take the shrimp out of the pan and set aside.
2. Using the same frying pan, cook the onion until transparent. Add the ● ingredients and simmer for about 5 minutes on low heat.
3. Mix the ☆ ingredients together first, and add a little of the simmered sauce to the mixture. Then pour the mixture into the frying pan. Stir to thicken the sauce. Add the cooked shrimp and 20 g of butter.
4. Season with salt and peper. Transfer to a heatproof dish and sprinkle the cheese of your choice on top. Bake in a toaster oven until browned.
