Orange Sherbet

This recipe has only 3 ingredients, but it's indistinguishable from what you'd get in a restaurant. Give it a try!

Ingredients: 5 servings

Orange juice (100% concentrate)
500 ml
25 g
Heavy cream
80 ml


1. Prepare the ingredients: Orange juice, sugar, and heavy cream.
2. Mix all the ingredients in a bowl until the sugar dissolves.
3. Pour into a plastic freezer bag. Be sure to seal it tightly.
4. Chill in the freezer for about 3 hours. Don't let it get too hard.
5. In large chunks, transfer the mixture to a food processor.
6. Blend until smooth (if you are using a hand mixer, it's best to mix it while it's still half frozen).
7. Transfer to a container and store in the freezer or serve it up to enjoy a smooth and silky texture.
