Sweet, Salty and Delicious! Stir-Fried Marmalade Chicken Drumettes

Children and adults love this sweet-salty flavor! The marmalade adds a little sweet-sourness too! These are beautiful chicken drumettes with a nice shiny finish!

Ingredients: 2 servings

Chicken wing drumettes - the large end of the wing

Lotus root (if you have some)
about 5 cm
Cake flour
as needed
Marmalade
1 1/2 tablespoons
Soy sauce
1 1/2 tablespoons
Sake
1 tablespoon
Salt
a small amount
Pepper
a small amount

Steps

1. Sprinkle the chicken drumettes with salt and pepper. Leave for 10 minutes, then coat with flour.
2. Put some oil in a frying pan, and pan-fry the chicken over medium heat until cooked through.
3. Add the marmalade, soy sauce and sake, and coat the chicken with this sauce.
4. Slice the lotus root thinly and deep fry. Serve the chicken drumettes with the lotus root as garnish!
