Fashionable Lunch Taco Rice

You just have to stir-fry meat and top with cheese, lettuce, tomatoes, and a hot spring egg It's a great lunch for guests or you can have it for dinner.

Ingredients: 2 servings

Ground meat
100 g
1/2 (50 g)
Garlic chips
Salt and pepper
a small amount
1/4 a head
Easy melting cheese
2 slices
Hot spring egg (Recipe ID: 1592361)
☆Sweet chili sauce
2 tablespoons
1 tablespoon
☆Soy sauce
1 tablespoon


1. Heat vegetable oil in a frying pan and sauté the garlic chips. Add the onions and meat and stir-fry.
2. Once cooked through, use a paper towel to soak up excess oil. Add the ☆ ingredients and combine.
3. Pile the rice on plates and top with the meat, then layer the strips of cheese on top. Microwave until the cheese melts, about 30 seconds at 550 W.
4. Shred the lettuce and chop the tomatoes into 1 cm chunks and add to the plate. Top with the hot spring egg (Recipe ID: 1592361) and serve.
5. Drizzle on some Tabasco sauce on if you like.
