Chinese-style Crispy Stir-fried Potato

I stir-fried julienned potatoes to be very crispy.

Ingredients: 3 - 4 servings

Potatoes
3, medium sized
Red pepper
1/4
Green pepper
1
Mixed seasonings
Sugar
1 teaspoon
Soy sauce
1 teaspoon
Oyster sauce
2 teaspoons
Shaoxing wine (or sake)
1 tablespoon
Pepper
To taste
Sesame oil
1 teaspoon
Other
Salt
To taste
Vegetable oil
As required

Steps

1. Peel the potatoes and julienne. Rinse in salted water.
2. Julienne the red and green pepper.
3. Combine the ingredients of the mixed seasonings.
4. Drain the potato in a colander.
5. Heat the vegetable oil in a frying pan and stir-fry the potato over a high heat.
6. When the potato is a little wilted add the red and green peppers and fry.
7. Add the combined seasonings and stir well.
8. Transfer onto a serving dish and serve.
