Healthy! Carrot Water Kimchi

Do you know about water kimchi?
You can easily make this light kimchi at home!
It's not too spicy, you can eat it up anytime.

Ingredients: 2 servings

1/2 teaspoon
☆Garlic (grated)
1 clove
☆Ginger (grated)
1 thumb-sized piece
☆Red chili pepper (remove the seeds)
150 ml
2 teaspoons
2 tablespoons
1/2 teaspoon


1. Peel the carrots and cut into fine strips.
2. Scatter on 2 teaspoons of salt and let sit for about 30 minutes until wilted.
3. Put the ☆ ingredients into a bowl and mix well until the sugar and salt dissolves.
4. Squeeze the liquid from the carrots and add to the bowl from Step 3. Tightly wrap the bowl with plastic wrap and put into the refrigerator for at least one day before enjoying.
