Seasoned Flounder Sashimi Rice Bowl

An easy sashimi rice bowl with seasoned flounder.

Ingredients: 1 serving

Flounder sashimi
as much as you like
Kombu based mentsuyu (3x concentrate)
4 tablespoons
Soy sauce
1 tablespoon
White sesame seeds
to taste
Egg yolk


1. Put the flounder sashimi, mentsuyu, and soy sauce in a deep dish and lightly mix. Cover with plastic wrap and chill for 10 minutes.
2. Prepare some rice in a rice bowl, then top with the seasoned flounder from Step 1.
3. Put an egg yolk on the top center and sprinkle with white sesame seeds.
