Easy! Roasted Salmon with Miso Mayonnaise

These salmon fillets are seasoned with a delicious miso mayo sauce.

Ingredients: 3 servings

Salmon fillets
Shredded cabbage
70 g ( as needed)
Sesame oil
To taste
Miso mayonnaise sauce
Miso (I used blended miso)
2 tablespoons
4 tablespoons (50 g)
1/2 tablespoon
Shichimi spice
To taste
Scallion, thinly sliced
Garlic, grated
1 clove


1. Remove the skin and bones (optional) and cut into bite-sized pieces.
2. In a bowl, combine all the ingredients for miso mayonnaise sauce.
3. Coat a gratin dish with the sesame oil. Then spread the shredded cabbage out of the bottom.
4. Place the salmon fillets on the cabbage. Pour the miso mayonnaise sauce over. Place in the oven or grill and cook for about 17 minutes. It may take longer or shorter depending on your home appliance.
5. When the salmon fillets are cooked through and the miso mayonnaise sauce is lightly brown, it's done.
