Sweet Potato Dip

Sweet Potato Dip

Try it with bread and crackers or enjoy as is! It's delicious.

Ingredients: just enough for meal

Asian sweet potato
100 g
Cream cheese
40 g
Walnuts
20 g
Soy milk
3 tablespoons
Maple syrup
1 tablespoon
Dried fruit
about 10 g
Cinnamon
as needed

Steps

1. Dry roast the walnuts and chop finely.
2. Steam the sweet potatoes and mash them while they're still hot.
3. Mix in the cream cheese while the potatoes are still hot.
4. Finally, mix in any dried fruit you like, and the rest of the ingredients. All done! (I used cranberries and blueberries this time.)
5. Try spreading this on a bagel. (Recipe ID: 1585772)
6. If you are not watching your calories, add 15 g of butter to finish (while the potatoes are still warm).

Story Behind this Recipe

I wanted to make a spread for my favorite bagel. I cannot call this a recipe, but I'm uploading it here to make a note of it.
