Ramen Shop at Home (Soy Sauce Flavor)

This is an easy ramen soup -- all you need to do is mix the ingredients.
Easy yet delicious.
It tastes like old-school ramen noodles!

Ingredients: 2 servings

Water
4 cups (800 ml)
☆ Soy sauce
3 tablespoons
☆ Sugar
1 tablespoon
☆ Sesame oil
1 tablespoon
☆ Vinegar
1 teaspoon
☆ Chicken soup stock granules
1 tablespoon
☆ Chinese soup stock or Weipa
1 tablespoon
☆ Salt and pepper
a small amount
Chinese-style noodles
2 portions
Vegetables and proteins of your choice
as you like

Steps

1. In a large pot, bring water to a boil. Turn off the heat and add all the ingredients and stir. Turn on the heat again, bring it to a boil, and the soup is done.
2. Cook the Chinese-style noodles. Pour the soup into a bowl right before the noodles are done. Drain the noodles, transfer to the bowl and top with your favorite toppings.
3. Suggested toppings: Our family usually top our ramen with char siu, boiled egg, menma (pickled bamboo shoots), and green onions.

By my children's request, I opened a "ramen shop" at home. I've had successful results with this recipe so I uploaded it.
