Easy Mushroom Soup With Onion Soup Stock

All you need to do is pop the soup and mushrooms in the microwave. The umami of the onion soup becomes beautifully absorbed into the mushrooms. Enjoy the fall season with a bunch of mushrooms!

Ingredients: 3 servings

Onion soup stock (Recipe ID: 1532675)
2 cups (400 ml)
Shiitake mushrooms (or any other mushroom of your choice)
To taste


1. Put the onion soup in a large dish, shred the shiitake into the soup, wrap with plastic wrap, then heat in microwave.
2. Keeping the plastic wrap on, let it sit to steam. When the mushrooms become tender, remove the wrap, season with salt to taste, then serve.
