Drrain the tofu. I referred to Recipe ID: 508276
Heat oil in a frying pan. Dry the tofu with a paper towel and place in the pan. Pan-fry both sides over medium-low heat for 4 minutes. It's convenient if you use a rectangular pan.
Remove from the pan and slice into pieces appropriate for cooking whatever dish you will be making. Return to the frying pan and pan-fry the uncooked sides for 3-4 minutes. Be careful not to burn yourself!

I was trying to make fried tofu, but it somehow turned into atsuage!
If you use a timer, you can do other things while they're frying. If you want to add some flavor, you can sprinkle them with salt in Step 3.
