From Aichi Viet Cong Ramen

This is spicy ramen with plenty of stamina I rearranged it by using a lot of cabbage for eating at home, and it fills you up This is the best dish to finish your meal.

Ingredients: 2 servings

Soy sauce flavoured ramen noodles
2 portions
Thinly sliced pork belly
3 ~ 4 slices
3 ~ 4 leaves
Bean sprouts
1 bag
Chinese chives
1/3 bunch
4 ~ 6 cloves
1 tablespoon
Red chili peppers (sliced into rounds)
2 ~ 3
●Soy sauce
1 1/2 tablespoons
2 teaspoons
1 tablespoon
●Salt and pepper
a small amount
Sesame oil
about 1 tablespoon
Vegetable oil for stir frying
as needed


1. Chop the carrot into rectangles, cut the pork belly into 2 cm wide strips, and roughly chop the cabbage. Cut the Chinese chives into 5 cm lengths, and slice the garlic.
2. Heat oil in a frying pan, add the garlic, and stir-fry until fragrant. Add the pork belly, Doubanjian, red chili peppers, and continue stir-frying. Simultaneously, cook the soy sauce flavoured ramen noodles.
3. Add the carrot, cabbage, and bean sprouts to Step ②, and continue stir-frying. Season with the ● ingredients. Add the Chinese chives, and drizzle with the sesame oil. Put the meat and vegetables over the noodles, and done.
