Three-Star Broth with Spinach

My husband gives this rave reviews. It's a very easy clear soup.

Ingredients: 2 servings

1/2 bunch
600 ml
Dashi stock granules
4 g
Seasoning ingredients:
★ Sake
1 tablespoon
★ Soy sauce
1 tablespoon
1/2 tablespoon
★ Salt
1/2 teaspoon


1. Blanch the spinach and drain. Cut up roughly.
2. Put the water in a pan and bring to a boil. Turn the heat down to medium, add the dashi stock granules and simmer for 1 minute.
3. Turn the heat down to low, add the spinach from Step 1 with the ★ ingredients, simmer for 1 minute, and it's done.
