Cabbage and Cheese Omelette

The vegetables get steamed inside the egg and that makes the vegetables sweeter. Cabbage makes the recipe lighter and the cheese gives it a rich flavor.

Ingredients: 1 serving

2~3 leaves
2 cloves
4 tablespoons
2~3 sheats
Salt and pepper
To taste


1. Mince the onion and cover it and put it in the microwave for 40 seconds and let it cool down.
2. Make a short julienne cabbage and cut the tomato in about 1 cm dice(You can remove the juice and seeds from the tomato if you want). Cut the cheese in to 3 or 4 pieces.
3. Beat the eggs in a bowl and add milk and salt, then add the cabbage, onion and tomato and mix.
4. Pour some oil on a heated frying pan and stop the fire before you pour the ingredients in the frying pan. Turn on the fire to a weak middle heat and keep stirring the ingredients in the frying pan.
5. Turn the heat down to low heat, sprinkle the cheese and cover the frying pan with a lid and steam it for about 30 seconds. Shape the egg then it is ready.
