Easy! Butter-Pan-Fried Salmon With Cream Sauce

A;though this is so easy to cook, it tastes really authentic!!
Even if you are not too crazy about fish, you'll love it.

Ingredients: 2 servings

Raw (unsalted and unflavored) salmon filets
2 pieces
Shimeji mushrooms
1 clump
a small amount
a small amount
Heavy cream (or milk)
coffee: one cup full (about 140 ml)
Grated cheese
a small amount
2 cm square


1. Season the salmon lightly with salt and pepper.
2. Put the butter in a heated frying pan, and start cooking with the salmon skin side down over medium-low heat, for 5 minutes.
3. Before flipping over the salmon, add the shimeji mushrooms. Saute with butter well and cook for 4 minutes over medium-low heat, then flip the salmon over.
4. Add the heavy cream and grated cheese to the pan, and adjust the seasoning with salt. Mix and it's done!!!
