Tofu Hamburgers Topped with Butter Soy Sauce and Vegetables

Here is an example of a recipe to use with the tofu hamburger patty recipe I learned from a former chef! I piled on lots of vegetables so you can't see the hamburger underneath. So healthy!!

Bean sprouts
1 bag
A pack of assorted cut vegetables (any kind)
a small bag; optional
2 tablespoons
1 clove
Soy sauce
2 tablespoons
1 tablespoon
Shiso leaves
Green onions


1. Refer to Recipe ID: 1577679 for the tofu patties.
2. Refer to Recipe ID: 1579679 for how to cook the patties.
3. This time I used this package of vegetables. It contains bean sprouts, garlic chives, and carrots. Thinly slice the vegetables (except for the bean sprouts) so they will cook through easily.
4. Add butter to a frying pan and add the vegetables and garlic! Stir-fry.
5. When the vegetables wilt, add the soy sauce and sake! It will sizzle!!
6. When the tofu hamburgers are done cooking, place on a dish!
7. Top the hamburgers with the stir-fried vegetables from Step 5! Make sure you pour the juices on too!
8. Scatter green onions over the top and it's all done! Easy, right?
