Preparation: Make the sauce by mixing all the ingredients.
Remove the sinews from the chicken and cut vertically into half. Slice and put it in a plastic bag with the ◎ ingredients. Mix well and chill in the fridge.
Add flour in a plastic bag and coat the chicken well.
Heat vegetable oil (not listed) in a pan, cook the sliced garlic until golden brown, then transfer to the sauce. Cook the Step 2 chicken.
When Step 3 browns, add the sauce and the garlic. Reduce the liquid slightly, and it's done.
