Juicy Chicken Breast with Sauce

A simple recipe with juicy chicken breast.

Ingredients: 2 to 3 servings

Chicken breast
1 teaspoon
◎Vegetable oil
1 tablespoon
◎Ginger (grated)
2 cm
to taste
Sliced garlic
1 clove worth
Soy sauce
2 tablespoons
2 tablespoons
2 tablespoons
Takanotsume (sliced into rounds with the seeds discarded)
1 (optional)


1. Preparation: Make the sauce by mixing all the ingredients. Remove the sinews from the chicken and cut vertically into half. Slice and put it in a plastic bag with the ◎ ingredients. Mix well and chill in the fridge.
2. Add flour in a plastic bag and coat the chicken well.
3. Heat vegetable oil (not listed) in a pan, cook the sliced garlic until golden brown, then transfer to the sauce. Cook the Step 2 chicken.
4. When Step 3 browns, add the sauce and the garlic. Reduce the liquid slightly, and it's done.
