Cut the salmon into bite sized pieces. Sprinkle with a little salt. Dust with katakuriko.
Heat some oil in a frying pan over low heat, and pan fry the salmon.
While the salmon cooks, combine the ＊ ingredients in a large bowl (large enough to add the salmon later) and mix well.
Put the cooked salmon in the bowl with the sauce and mix.
I used it in my husband's bento.

I experimented to come up with this recipe for my kids' sports festival bento!
Salmon filet pieces come in different sizes, so please adjust the amount of flavoring ingredients accordingly. The flavoring is on the sweet side for kids, but if you're making this for adults use less sugar and more oyster sauce. Put the salmon in the bowl at Step 4. If you add the flavoring sauce to the frying pan it may split.
