Salmon Cooked In Mayonnaise - For Bento

I made this after many experiments for a sports festival bento. It's a variation on shrimp with mayonnaise. The little bit of oyster sauce really perks up the flavor!

Ingredients: 2 pieces

Raw salmon
2 pieces
Katakuriko
about 2 tablespoons
* Mayonnaise
3 tablespoons
* Sugar
1 and 1/2 teaspoons
* Vinegar
1 scant teaspoon
*Oyster sauce
1 teaspoon
Vegetable oil
1 tablespoon

Steps

1. Cut the salmon into bite sized pieces. Sprinkle with a little salt. Dust with katakuriko.
2. Heat some oil in a frying pan over low heat, and pan fry the salmon.
3. While the salmon cooks, combine the * ingredients in a large bowl (large enough to add the salmon later) and mix well.
4. Put the cooked salmon in the bowl with the sauce and mix.
5. I used it in my husband's bento.
6. I used it in my kids' sports festival bento too.
