Easy Meat Sauce

Easy and delicious meat sauce.
Please eat with pasta or rice gratin (doria).


Ground beef
about 150 g
Tomato juice
about 400 ml (190g can x 2)
Tomato ketchup
2 tablespoons
Japanese Worcestershire-style sauce
2 tablespoons
1 tablespoon
Consommé cubes
Salt and pepper
as required
to taste


1. Mince the carrot and onion.
2. Heat oil in a pan, add the onion and carrot. Saute over medium ~ high heat until the onion becomes soft and wilted. Transfer to a bowl.
3. Next, stir-fry the ground beef. When cooked through, add the flour, and mix quickly to keep the flavor inside.
4. After Step 3, be careful not to burn it. Return the ingredients quickly from Step 2 to the pan. Pour the tomato juice. Turn down the heat to medium-low.
5. Add the ketchup, consommé, Japanese Worcestershire-style sauce, salt, and pepper. When the consommé is dissolved, turn down the heat to low. Cover with a lid, and simmer.
6. Simmer for 30-60 minutes according to your taste, and done! Eat as meat spaghetti.
7. Or bake as a meat doria.
