Vegan Pancakes No Eggs, Milk or Oil

This is a recipe for healthy pancakes!

Ingredients: Four 8-10cm pancakes

★ Cake flour
80g
★ Baking powder
1 teaspoon
★ Salt
a pinch
★ Beet sugar
2 tablespoons
★ Ground almond powder
2 tablespoons
Soy milk
100ml

Steps

1. Roast the almond powder on a pan until golden.
2. Put all the ★ ingredients (everything but the soy milk) in a bowl and whisk (If you mix at this step, you don't need to sift the dry ingredients. Easy!)
3. Add soy milk and whisk to a smooth consistency.
4. Heat a pan over low heat and pour the batter.
5. When the surface is bubbly, turn over and cook the other side.
6. It's finished when it's cooked on both sides!
