Delicious to the Bones! Pacific Saury in Tomato Sauce

Pacific saury is delicious cooked in canned tomato. Delicious down to the bones since it's cooked in a pressure cooker!

Ingredients: 2 to 3 servings

Fresh pacific saury
1 clove
★ Canned tomato
1/2 ( 200g )
★ Soup stock ( cube )
★White wine
Olive oil
1 tablespoon
Grated cheese, parsley, basil etc.
to taste


1. Cut the pacific saury into 4 pieces and remove the innards. Wash it well and drain the water well Mince the onion roughly Mince the garlic.
2. Heat up olive oil and garlic in a pressure cooker and brown both sides of the pacific saury ♪ Stir fry the onion in the open space of the pressure cooker ♪ Add all ★ ingredients and mix→→
3. Heat up with the pressure cooker When it comes to pressure, cook for about 10 to 15 minutes in medium-low heat When it has cooled down, adjust the seasoning with salt and pepper then it is ready.
