This recipe makes a very simple and fluffy soboro (minced meat with soy sauce). Serve to babies or to adults. Make a batch and store in the freezer.
Soboro with just meat can get dried out and tough, so I added some tofu.
No special hints! You don't need to drain the tofu and it's really easy to make. This soboro stays fluffy and is softer than regular soboro to the tofu.
