Tomato and Egg Salad

Tomato and egg salad, with delicious crunchy onion. It's a refreshing dish with yoghurt and mayonnaise.

Ingredients: 4 servings

Tomato (cut in to 2 cm cubes)
1 large
Boiled egg (chopped roughly)

Onion (chopped roughly)

A) Yoghurt
2 tablespoons
Mayonnaise
1.5 tablespoons
Salt and pepper
To taste
Basil leaves (shiso leaves or parsley)

Steps

1. Leave the onion in salt water and massage to remove the bite. Drain and dry well.
2. Mix the A ingredients in a bowl, add the tomato, egg and onion and mix. Add hand shredded basil, mix together and it's done.
