Nutritious Smoothie with Kuromame, Banana, and Kinako

Being healthy on the inside will make you healthy outside.
This is our family's staple breakfast smoothie.

Ingredients: 1 serving

Banana
1/2 ~ 1
Yogurt
about 1/2 cup (about 100 ml)
Kinako, sesame seeds (optional)
1 tablespoon
Sweetened kuromame (optional)
about 1/2 cup (about 100 ml)
Soy milk
about 1 1/2 cup (about 300ml)

Steps

1. Add the soy milk and the banana to a blender.
2. Add the yogurt, sesame and kinako, then the sweetened soy beans.
3. Press start on the blender. Turn off after 5 seconds, and it's done!
