Add the yogurt, sesame and kinako, then the sweetened soy beans.
Press start on the blender. Turn off after 5 seconds, and it's done!
Story Behind this Recipe
We drink this everyday for breakfast. I've tried with various ingredients, and settled on this combination.
・I use plain boiled kuromame in place of sweetened ones to cut down on the sugar. ・If you blend for a long time, the mixture becomes gooey, so don't go overboard. ・The smoothie is already sweet from the banana, but you want you can also add honey (this tastes great too). ・You can substitute the soy milk for milk.
