Vanilla Ice Cream with One Egg

One egg and low fat vegetable based whipped cream is enough to make an easy and smooth ice cream!


1 M or L size
Heavy cream (vegetable-based)
Vanilla essence
As needed


1. Break the egg into a bowl, add the sugar and whisk with a hand mixer until frothy.
2. Add the cream and whisk some more (Mix until it has fine bubbles and has a fluffy texture.)
3. Add the vanilla essence, put into a container and freeze. Mix it with a spatula every 30 - 40 minutes, and when it has hardened, it's done.
4. It doesn't take long to whip the low fat vegetable-based cream if you whisk it over a bowl full of ice.
